Mental Health Support Scheme

Based in the Gravesend area we provide accommodation and support to individuals with mental health issues under the supported people framework.

The service aims to support individuals into living fully independent lives following a 6-24 month period within our assisted environment.

Benefits of the scheme include:

• Self contained accommodation consisting of flat / bed sits in the Gravesend area

• Accommodation which is furnished and fully equipped

• Help and assistance with daily living tasks

• Guidance and help in accessing training and employment opportunities
