Working closely with an NHS provider we have developed accommodation services which allows individuals previously living in long stay campus environments the opportunity of enjoying a more independent lifestyle in a community environment.

 

As with all our service delivery provisions our learning disability facilities have been developed in close co-operation with our care partners to ensure services are both flexible and appropriate. Within our current schemes we continue to ensure that the changing needs of the service user are accommodated at all times.

 

Key elements to our successful service delivery include:

  • Working closely with purchasers at the planning stage

  • Ensuring close partnership arrangements are maintained

  • Making certain agreed standards and outcomes are always achieved
