Our service offers a choice of supported or non-supported accommodation for individuals and families.

Accommodation options include:

• Houses of multiple occupation provision

• Self contained housing, predominantly two and three bedroom provision

• Hotel provision (www.granby-hotel.co.uk)

Service delivery options

Purchasers can very much tailor the type of accommodation and support to individual service user needs.In addition our flexible pricing structure allows you to decide whether individuals and families accessing accommodation are responsible for household bills or whether this is to be provided within the cost to your organisation.

Service delivery Standards

Should you decide to purchase the most basic service you are still guaranteed a comprehensive and high standard product which includes:

• Out of hours service

• In-house maintenance team

• Branded furniture, fixtures and fittings (including white goods)

All of our properties hold an approved NICEIC electrical safety certificate and CORGI gas safety certificate.
