David Bromley,
Company Director
David joined the Cubfield Group in the summer of 2003 following a career within both the statutory and voluntary service sectors covering both health and social care. In addition, David has also undertaken work as a special needs foster carer giving a valuable insight into the provision of direct care at the sharp end.

Richard Painting,
Maintenance and Risk Manager
Richard joined the company in autumn 2004 and has a wealth of experience in the strategic and operational management of both commercial and domestic property portfolios. Richard’s current responsibilities include maintenance of our hotel, hostels and generic and specialist housing stock.
Richard is also heavily committed to supporting his local community and is a Scout Leader of a Gravesend based scout group.
Simon Lawrence,
Finance/ Administration Manager
With a background in retail management, Simon joined the company in 2004 initially to support the finance, administrative and management functions at the company’s hotel. Following a successful period within the group’s hotel, Simon was promoted in 2006 to undertake overall responsibility for all the company’s finance and administrative services.
Beth Raby,
Development and Marketing Manager
Beth is a relatively new member of the senior team having joined the organisation in 2006 after achieving a BA degree in Marketing Communications with French at the University of Greenwich.
In addition to Development and Marketing, Beth is also responsible for ensuring that the standards of all our properties are maintained at a high level, working closely with Richard, our Maintenance and Risk Manager.
Beth is heavily involved in the charity field and has raised substantial funds by successfully completing a number of marathons, most recently the London and New York marathons in 2007.
